This page supplements the PowAIFuel Privacy Policy and explains the data you consent to when using our mobile apps and website.

What we collect

Depending on how you use PowAIFuel, we may collect account identifiers, profile and preference settings, food and meal logs, body metrics and goals, activity and workout summaries, subscription status, device and app diagnostics, and messages you send to AI-powered nutrition features.

Why we process health and wellness data

PowAIFuel processes nutrition, fitness, and related wellness information to personalize calorie and macro targets, track progress, generate educational insights, operate AI coaching features, and connect you with independent nutrition professionals when you choose to use those services. This processing is based on your consent and our need to perform the Services you request.

Storage and processing

Personal data is stored and processed using industry-standard security controls. Data may be stored in Canada or other jurisdictions where our infrastructure or service providers operate, as described in our Data Residency overview and Privacy Policy. We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described in our policies or as required by law.

AI processing

AI features use your inputs (such as logs, goals, and questions) to generate general nutrition information. PowAIFuel does not use your data to train AI models. See the AI Disclaimer for limitations and safety guidance.

We do not sell your data

PowAIFuel does not sell personal information. We share data only as described in our Privacy Policy (for example, with service providers that help us operate the platform, or when you direct us to share information with a third party).

Withdrawing consent

You may withdraw consent for optional processing where applicable by adjusting in-app settings, discontinuing use of a feature, or contacting us. Some processing is required to provide core app functionality while your account remains active.

Account deletion

You may request account deletion from the PowAIFuel app (Profile → Delete Account) or by emailing support@powaifuel.com. Deletion flows are described in our Privacy Policy, including grace periods where applicable.
