For Nutritionists
Verification & Qualification Requirements
PowAIFuel maintains a high standard of professional care. To protect users and uphold clinical integrity, all listed nutrition professionals must meet the qualification criteria below before being approved on the platform.

Professional Credentials
Applicants must meet at least one of the following:
- Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
- Licensed Dietitian (LD) or equivalent provincial/state license
- Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) from a recognized institution
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a closely related field from an accredited institution
- Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) or equivalent recognized certification
All credentials must be valid, verifiable, and in good standing.

Licensing & Regulatory Compliance
- Must be licensed or legally permitted to practice in their jurisdiction (where applicable).
- Must comply with local, provincial/state, and national regulations governing nutrition practice.
- Must carry professional liability insurance (proof required).

Professional Experience
- Minimum of 1–2 years of client-facing experience preferred.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas is considered an asset:
- Weight management
- Clinical nutrition
- Sports nutrition
- Metabolic health
- Digestive health
- Chronic disease management
- Family or pediatric nutrition

Ethical Standards
- Commitment to evidence-based practice.
- Agreement to adhere to PowAIFuel’s Code of Conduct.
- No history of professional misconduct or license suspension.

Background Verification
All applicants are subject to:
- Credential verification
- License verification (where applicable)
- Professional reference checks
- Criminal background check
Approval on the platform is contingent upon successful completion of the verification process.

- Ability to deliver virtual consultations
